Who can use e-Vapp?
If you use a prepaid meter, then you can buy your electricity units with e-Vapp.
What's the maximum amount that I can purchase?
You can only purcahse a multiple of N500 and a maximum of N100,000.
What if I get debited and do not receive electricity token?
Go to the menu of your app
Click Lodge a complaint
Provide the amount you were debited and the transaction reference which can be found in the View Receipt link of your Payment History page.
Do I get a receipt after payment?
Yes certainly, a receipt is auto generated for you when payment is successfully made which you can then print and save for future reference or use.
